Welcome to RoomGPT (the “App”), developed by Houssam Boudrissi (“we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local law) to use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for the purpose of generating interior redesigns, exterior façades, garden/landscape concepts, object replacement, and room filling.
3. Your Photos & Generated Content
- Photos you import and results you export remain your property.
- We do not claim ownership over your photos or generated images.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any images you upload and that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights (e.g., real-estate listings, trademarks, people’s likeness, etc.).
- Generated outputs may be non-unique and similar outputs may be produced for other users.
4. Processing & Storage
- We process on-device whenever supported. If server processing is needed, temporary files are deleted after delivery of the result to your device.
- We do not maintain cloud archives of your photos or results. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- RoomGPT offers paid subscriptions billed via your app store account (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play).
- Plans currently include Weekly (4.99 $) and Monthly (14.99 $). Prices may vary by region and taxes may apply.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Manage or cancel anytime in your app store settings before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled by the respective app store under its policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates privacy or intellectual property.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App or attempt to circumvent technical protections.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, UI, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited license granted above, all rights are reserved.
8. Disclaimers
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- Design suggestions are conceptual only and may not reflect structural, safety, or code requirements. No professional advice is provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.
10. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content generated through the App infringes your rights, contact us with details and supporting documentation. We will review and respond appropriately.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable law in your place of residence unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
